1. Engineering & Computational Formulas
ArchEstate Pro uses documented engineering-style formulas, conventional construction quantity methods, manufacturer-oriented planning assumptions, and standard real estate financial formulas where applicable.
2. Conventional Geometric & Financial Frameworks
Our models incorporate standardized geometric volume and surface area equations, standard fixed-rate amortizing debt models, and conventional debt-to-income planning frameworks across 15 specialized tools.
3. Material Wastage & Tolerance Modeling
Real-world construction requires cut-and-fit allowances. Each construction and ceiling calculation model includes adjustable wastage factors (typically configurable between 5% and 15%) calibrated to conventional site handling and edge trim practices.
4. Planning Disclaimers & Field Verification
Computational outputs are generated for preliminary estimating and conceptual planning. They do not replace on-site licensed surveyor measurements, structural engineering stamps, or official mortgage lender underwriting.
